Natural Colored Wool Growers Association, 1972-2009.

The Natural Colored Wool Growers Association (NCWGA) Records span the years 1972-2009. The collection contains material related to the founding and operation of the NCWGA, including correspondence, membership lists, minutes, and account books. The collection also includes a large series of NCWGA newsletters and selected issues of non-NCWGA publications with articles on the NCWGA's activities. Also included are: the Wool Bureau's filmstrip set The Visual Wool Educator; three photographs; and the official seal of the NCWGA. Back issues of sheep and wool serials not directly related to the NCWGA's activities have been added to the UC Davis General Library circulating collection.

The Natural Colored Wool Growers Association (NCWGA) is a nation-wide non-profit organization composed of sheep breeders, fiber artists, and others with an interest in colored wool.
