Max D. Paglin was a telecommunications lawyer and administrative law judge. He joined the Federal Communications Commission in 1941, served as general counsel from 1961-1964 and executive director from 1966-1972. He later was named administrative law judge for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and executive director for the Golden Jubilee Commission on Telecommunications. Paglin was born in New York in 1914 and graduated from College of the City of New York and Columbia University School of Law....
