The Jewish Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center of Cleveland, previously known as the Jewish Convalescent Hospital, was established in Cleveland, Ohio, through the combined resources of the Jewish Consumptive Relief Society (later known as the Jewish Chronic Relief Society) and the Bikur Cholim Sick Relief Society, and with the cooperation of the Jewish Welfare Federation of Cleveland and Mount Sinai Hospital.
