Lees-Bradner Company records, 1906-1992.

Consists of articles of incorporation, minutes, a company history, agreements, stock certificates, financial reports, ledgers, correspondence, administrative reports, memoranda, catalogs, product detail sheets, advertisements, newspaper clippings, and publications. The collection is arranged in two series: Series I, Company Records and Series II, Machine Tool Industry History, which includes publications, newspaper clippings, catalogs and correspondence relating to the industry and some of its individuals and organizations. The collection documents the development and growth of the company under the leadership of Hosea Townsend Bradner, as well as its diversification and growth after World War II and includes many catalogs and product detail sheets. There is little record, however, of the company's activities after its 1967 acquisition by White Consolidated Industries except for newspaper clippings.
