Nathaniel Rogers notebook, 1746-1776.

One small leather-bound notebook kept by Nathaniel Rogers, a farmer and shoemaker in Kittery, Me. Contains accounts for goods purchased and money received, accounts for day labor, and shoemaker records including accounts with a tanner and of shoes made. Also contains poetry and a song about Teach the Pirate (Blackbeard); an account of his father's estate, Rev. John Rogers of the Kittery (now Eliot) north parish; and genealogical notes.
