Discusses theater business including the lease of the Chatham which will be sold at auction and Wallack engaging with Gilbert for one year. With two small printed clippings; one for a production of King Lear at the Theatres Royal with "W. Warren 1801" handwritten at the top and one clipping for "W. Warren, New Theatre, Philadelphia" with "1796" handwritten at the bottom.
