Contains 3 letters dated: December 10 (after p. 362), December 23 and April 7 (after p. 366). Letters dated December 10 and 23 about the payment of the forces. Letter of December 23 speaks of the Lord Treasurer Danby's (Thomas Osborne) impending impeachment and the arrest of Miles Prans in connection with Sir Edmond Bury Godfrey's murder. Letter of April 7 of the articles against the five lords in the Tower being sent up to the lords by the Commons and the arrest of Reading in connection with Bedloe's disclosures.
