971 Lincoln Place historic building inventory records. 1990-2001.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION: Side-gable roofed house with painted brick walls and evenly coursed river rock foundation. Gable ends have stucco and half-timbering. Full-width enclosed porch with center entrance. Overhanging eaves; exposed rafters. Shed roofed shingled front dormer with exposed rafters and three 4-light windows. Brick chimneys with stone trim. Small squared bay window with stucco siding. Flat arched double-hung windows with divided lights and rusticated stone sills. Interior has many original details. Large yard to south. STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE: Although the porch of the house has been enclosed, the house retains notable details, such as its river rock foundation, rusticated stone window sills, and shingled dormer. In addition, the interior of the house is reported to retain many original features. DATE BUILT : 1910. STYLE : Bungalow.
