Portrait photographs of Frank L. Moorhead and his wife. Frank L. Moorhead was the son of James L. and Josephine C. Moorhead. He was a prominent lawyer in Boulder, and served as City Attorney from 1916 to 1951. He lived at 745 Highland Avenue, the home of his parents.
