Colin Brummitt Goodykoontz (1885-1958), was an accomplished scholar and a respected authority on the subject of the American West with numerous publications to his credit. He lived most of his life in Boulder, Colorado, arriving first in 1908 and thereafter pursuing an undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado.
