Noble was an attorney and politician; served in Congress 1853-1855. Born in Williamstown, Mass., Nov. 9, 1802, Son of Deodatus & Betsy Noble. Grad. from Williams College in 1825. Studied in law office in Albany, N.Y. 1925; in 1926 became assistant editor of the Columbiad, Hudson, N.Y. In 1927 opened a law office in New York.
