Vanitas vanitatum et omnia vanitas [graphic]. [ca. 1680]

The print after a drawing by Schönfeld shows a mourning philosopher resting his head on his left hand, and extending his right hand, palm upturned. An emaciated human body, skulls, small animal carcasses, an antique vase and a dead crane are scattered on the ground. A headless figure stands prominently on a stone wall.
