Bullen, signed by Abraham Lincoln, April 25, 1861, and a photocopy of letter to Leo C. Bobb, Sunbury, Pa. from Josephine Cobb, National Archives specialist, regarding Gideon D. Bullen and the above signature, dated Aug. 17, 1967.
