Two pocket diaries of Rev. Philip Andres Drown, a Methodist minister and circuit rider in Ohio. Diaries cover 1858 and 1864-1865, listing appointments, expenses, and daily activities. The 1864-1865 diary also includes pastor's reports for Hardin Circuit of the Central Ohio Conference, Methodist Episacopal Church; records of funeral attended, sermons preached, members, adults baptized, marriages performed through 1867, periodical subscriptions; and accounts.
