Correspondence and meeting notices of the task force as well as inventories taken by committee members Joyce Butler and Ethel Jewett, as well as an inventory of the contents of the courthouse attic taken by Joan Elliott. Some of Elliott's final listings (photographs and newspapers) are included. Also includes transfer receipt from Maine State Archives as well as State Archives microfilm finding aid for the York County court records; photocopies of catalog cards of the Genealogical Society of Utah, for York county records in their collection on microfilm; and notebook containing photocopy of inventory cards for final file prepared for the county commissioners by Butler and Jewett.
