This small collection consists of a "mock-up" of an unpublished children's book, "The Duck and Duckess of Lordsbury Pond," with original color illustrations by Goff. Also included is correspondence relative to the children's book, Run sandpiper run, one contract for the painting of a mural on U.S. government property, a drawing of Alice B. Toklas in Paris, March, 1966 and a photograph L. L. Goff holding a poster. The poster is captioned, "First World Hot Air Balloon Championships - February 10-17, 1973 Albuquerque, U.S.A.".

Lloyd Lozes Goff, artist, was born in Dallas, Texas, March 29, 1917. He studied art at the Art Student League and at the University of New Mexico. His works have been exhibited at various institutions, national museums, and federal buildings. Goff was a Works Progress Administration artist and did easel paintings under the Public Works Art Project in 1934.
