Correspondence, flyers, maps, music, pamphlets, papers, posters, press releases, publications and other miscellaneous items relating to social, political, and economic developments in the first seven decades of this century. The collection includes propaganda posters published in the United States during the Second World War; pamphlets and booklets published by the Nazi Party in Germany; a collection of "Facts in review," a serial that characterizes the National Socialist effort at disseminating propaganda in the United States before July 1941; the "Greater East Asia Joint Declaration" reflecting Imperial Japan's crusade to unite Asian nationalists and keep the United States out of the Pacific; United Nation's publications which open a window on the development of that agency.
