The collection consists of audio and visual recordings collected by C. Eric Lincoln from 1947-1993. Includes reel-to-reel tape, audio-cassettes, motion picture film, VHS tapes, and phonograph records. Contains interviews with Malcom X, Wallace Muhammad, Louis Farrakhan, and Ben Chavis; speeches of Lincoln and his colleagues on the Black Church; and early documentaries on the Black Muslims. Also contains musical recordings by Duke Ellington and Sarah Vaughn; classical and country music, and music written by Lincoln.
