This collection is composed of 18 folders. Most of the information pertains to Jackson's death and the settlement of his estate. There are also letters to Jackson from his first wife, Cornelia Davenport Jackson, his son Henry Rootes Jackson, Jr., his daughter Mallery, and her husband Pope Barrow.
