Laura Mood papers, 1905-1966.

Consisting of copies of writings--published and unpublished poems, stories, essays, two unpublished novels, "Pursuit of Happiness" and "The Eternal Feminine" and an autobiographical essay about her childhood, "Fact or Fancy"; musical compositions published and unpublished; and letters patent of her inventions, among them ladies' hose supporters, bracelet vanity case, and cleaning apparatus. Also including material re her father, Dr. Julius Alfred Mood, and sister, Julia Peterkin; newspaper articles re her career as a singer; items documenting her citizenship, as the widow of a French national; and pencil sketches of Andreas Schneider, Paris, France, 1905, drawn by Glenn Hinshaw.
