Record book contains three sections: (1) a listing of company's noncommissioned officers showing name, rank, enlistment date and dated notation on their death, discharge, wounding (i.e., Fredrickstown; Donelson; Shiloh); promotion or reduction in rank, commission, and assignments; (2) daily sick reports (February 15, 1863 - February 2, 1864) which list each soldier's surname, rank, and duty status (i.e., excused duty; light duty; full duty); and (3) a listing (April 18, 1862 - May 2, 1864) of soldiers absent or detached from duty showing name, rank, absence reason, or unit detached to.
