Papers of William Spencer, who served in the 165th Infantry in World War I. Items include a mimeographed scrapbook with photographs of Spencer's Company L. Also included are the course materials from the Third Army Orientation Course of 1942, a course conducted by the Army at the Command and General Staff College (Fort Leavenworth, Kansas) to enable business "to understand the nation's war problem and the relation thereto of the total civilian effort."
