Re-creation of the original [1875] BYU deed of trust, [ca. 1975].

Text of legal instrument whereby Brigham Young deeded property in Provo to a group of trustees for the purpose of establishing Brigham Young Academy. Not a facsimile of the original deed, the item was probably produced in conjunction with the 1975 centennial of Brigham Young University (name changed from Brigham Young Academy to Brigham Young University in 1903). Item accompanied by card advertising sale prices and contact person.

Plans for the David O.
