Occasionally included are election and bond filing dates; bond amount; names or sureties on bond; and remarks (e.g., residence; term expiration date). Officials generally included are recorders of deeds, treasurers, county clerks, circuit clerks, sheriffs, surveyors, state's attorneys, coroners, county judges, associate judges, probate judges, probate clerks, school commissioners, superintendents of schools, commissioners, public administrators and occasionally,notaries public.
