Decision issued by the Manila Audiencia on June 23, 1606, rejecting the appeal of Juan Tello de Guzmán on behalf of his wife Margarita de Figueroa, and upholding an earlier judgment of the alcalde ordinario to award the property of the deceased child Juana de Figueroa to the Jesuit provincial Father Gregorio López.
