[Letter] 1803 Dec. 17, Front Royal, Va. [to] John Williams / W. Raynolds.

The letter is addressed to John Williams "on Sciotho River, 25 miles below Chillicothe, Ohio." Raynolds writes noting that Abram wrote that Williams is soon at his journey's end. He informs Williams that all is well among his friends and relatives in Fort Royal and inquires about Williams's welfare, seeks information about Ohio and its possibilities. He indicates he wants to visit soon.
