Dr. Joseph Gaston Baillie Bulloch was born in Roswell, Cobb County, Georgia, October 12, 1852, and is the son of the late distinguished physician and surgeon, Dr. William Gaston Bulloch and Mary Eliza Adams Lewis, both natives of Savannah, Georgia.
