Consists of minutes of shareholder meetings, Board of Directors meetings and Executive Committee of the Board of Directors meetings from 1916 to 1969. Some of the issues discussed include the formation of the company, plans for the construction of the Dixie Terminal, stock creation and distribution, amendments to its articles of incorporation, real estate purchases and corporate refinancing and reorganization. In addition, there are records from the company's dissolution, such as shareholders' proxies, terms of sale and the certificate of dissolution.

The Dixie Terminal Company was established on June 21, 1916 by Charles Phelps Taft, A. Clifford Shinkle, Frank J. Jones and others. Its purpose was to alleviate traffic congestion by building a bus and streetcar terminal in downtown Cincinnati. The Dixie Terminal was dedicated on October 29, 1921. In 1968 the building was sold to the American Financial Corporation, and the Dixie Terminal Company was dissolved in 1969. From the description of Dixie Terminal Company records, 1916-1969....
