Tell of the sale of his house to his brother during his imprisonment [for sending "obscene" matter through the mail], extended an invitation to be his guest at the Boston Labor Convention, Jan. [1880], speak of writings Mrs. Denton has sent to The Word. In the letter he discusses his beliefs as to free speech, free press, and the "sex question" for which he has been serving another prison sentence.
