Covers western portions of the present counties of Colbert, Franklin, and Marion Counties in northwestern Alabama; does not show cession lands in Mississippi. Color coded key indicates land holdings of the following names: Grisham & McNiel, T.C. Loud, G.S. Leatherby, E.L. Earle, and R.W. Anderson; additional personal names appear on map. Also identifies rivers, creeks, houses, churches, and roads.
