James Byrn was a London-born dancer and choreographer. He was trained by Drury Lane choreographer Signior Giorgi, and danced at the Little Theatre at Haymarket with his sister, and later became ballet master at Covent Garden. Thomas Cooper (1771-1843) was born in Henry County, Virginia, the son of Captain Thomas and Sarah Anthony Cooper. He married Judith Harvey in Hancock County, Georgia, in 1797. In 1805, Cooper moved to Putnam County, Georgia. He died on July 5, 1843 and was buried in the Old Union Church Cemetery in Eatonton, Georgia.
