Hagbard M. Edwards papers, 1923-1971.

The papers of Mr. Edwards consist primarily of a two-part autobiography which covers his life up to approximately 1920. Part I, titled "Don't Blame the Stork" describes his boyhood in Norway until the age of sixteen. Part II, "Slowly We Learn" recounts his experiences as a roving lumberjack, miner, and field-hand in British Columbia, and the Pacific Northwest during the second decade of the 1900s.
