The last will and testament, with codicil, of Juan Vásquez de Terreros, a wealthy merchant of Querétaro, Mexico, dated October 8, 1735; and the legal proceedings undertaken by his executors and nephews, Pedro Romero de Terreros (named the first Conde de Regla in 1768) and Jacinto Rodríguez de Suaznavar, to settle the estate.
