Account book for Nathan Foster from Ipswich, MA. Nathan Foster, son of Joseph Foster, was the guardian of the children of Thomas Norton and executor of Joseph Foster's estate with many records pertaining to both. One end is a receipt book with many Ipswich signatures, the other is accounts plus 4 pages of book titles. Accounts mention clothes, pewter, silver spoons, fences, stone walls, indigo, salt hay, cloth, shoes, rum, sugar, and tea.

One 3.75" X 6" account book. 83 pages, some pages missing.
