Gilbert White indenture, 1761.

The collection consists of one land indenture, made between Gilbert White of Selbourne, County of Southampton, and Richard Baker of the parish of Foxfield, County of Southampton, dated 28 October 1761 and valid for one year. Beautifully inscribed on vellum, it is adorned with several fine stamps and seals as well as a clear signature of White.
