Jerry Dixon excels in outdoor sports such kayaking, hiking, and skiing, and has written several books about his adventures. Now retired, he is an educational activist. He has endowed a lecture series in philosophy at the University of Utah and received many grants for environmental education in Alaska. The Jerry S.
