Sioux Falls Terminal Railroad Company.

Originally incorporated in 1888 under the laws of Dakota Territory as the South Sioux Falls Railway and Rapid Transit Company, the company purposed to construct a road (ca. 20 miles) from Sioux Falls to South Sioux Falls, crossing all other railway lines and thereby forming a belt line around Sioux Falls.
