Subject files kept by Ann Glumac, Manager of State/Tribal Affairs, an office created within the Executive Branch of the Carlson administration on August 7, 1996. Based in Duluth, the office coordinated information, policies, and communications between the state and the tribal governments and also served as the Governor's liaison to the Indian Affairs Council. Glumac resigned for the position in August 1997.
