A selection of trademark files, made from those submitted to the Secretary of State and microfilmed by that office. Selected files are those containing actual product packaging samples, or other representations of a trademark (primarily its color or shape) that would not be apparent on the microfilm. Also present in the retained files are applications to register the trademark, re-registration forms, and substantive correspondence.
