Letters : Washington, D.C., to Dr. William Bache, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1804 February 11 and November 12.

Randolph, writing to Dr. William Bache as his financial agent in Virginia, informs Bache that several people have contacted him for payments upon bonds and drafts, that he will send an account with the proper vouchers of his administration of affairs at the end of the year, and that he hopes Bache approves of the way he has handled an unspecified situation. He also mentions his difficulty in settling his own Varina estate, the Yazoo scheme in Mississippi, and the difficulty of speaking to Thomas Jefferson alone about a government post that interests Bache.
