Charles Addison Miller (1867-1944) was a banker and attorney from Utica, New York. He was named manager of the New York office of the U.S. Reconstruction Finance Corporation in February 1932 and became the RFC's president in August 1932. Appointed to the RFC by President Hoover, he resigned his post in March 1933 when President Roosevelt took office and it became clear that the Senate would not ratify his reappointment.
