Architect, active in Pittsburgh and Southwestern, Pa., was regional architect strongly influenced by turn-of-the-century progressive European architectural movements such as the Vienese Secession and the English Arts and Crafts Movement, and by architects such as Olbrich, Mackintosh, Baillie Scott, and Voysey.
