Gilbert H. Hogue (d. 1952) worked as an engineer for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation from 1902-1946. He was involved with several water reclamation projects, including the Minidoka Project, the Boise Project and American Falls Dam and Reservoir in Idaho and the Flathead Project in Montana.
