John Keats was an English poet and literary critic. John Keats, English poet, was born in London, England, on 29 or 31 Oct. 1795. He died of tuberculosis in Italy on 23 Feb. 1821. In 1810, Keats was articled to a surgeon, T. Hammond, in Edmonton for five years. The contract was broken in 1814 or 1815. Ralph Hodgson, British poet who wrote "Song of Honour," "The Bull," "Time, You Old Gypsy Man," and "Eve." Hodgson taught in Japan for fourteen years at Sendai University, then moved to the United States in 1938, settling in Ohio, where he spent the rest of his life with his wife Aurelia Bolliger Hodgson.
