King with animal offering and three deities [seal impression]. [modern impression of seal created between 1800 and 1500 B.C.]

Two pairs of figures. In the first, a suppliant goddess faces a kilted, smiting Weather god who ascends upon a couchant bull while wielding a weapon and rod-with-balls. In the second, a king with animal offering faces the Sun god (Shamash), who ascends upon a human-headed, couchant bull. In the field, a human head, crescent surmounted by a solar pattern of one dot surrounded by eight dots, and two inscriptions: {d}a-a "Aya"; {d}utu "Shamash.".
