Saying that he just spoke with Fritzsch and that apparently Breitkopf's note was not clear enough, that Breitkopf hoped that the book dealers, by joining in, would show that Breitkopf's conception of the consequences of the censor's unusual conduct was correct and carried some weight, that he did not want to promise his colleagues something he could not deliver, that if he got the cooperation he wanted he would sign the document, mentioning Mùˆller, etc.
