Expressing regret that he could not be at the farewell meal arranged by Frau Levi the previous evening, thanking him for the loving attention he has given her son's [i.e. Siegfried Wagner's] work, saying how much they enjoyed the two performances they attended, and asking when the third performance of [Siegfried's] Bruder Lustig will be: Dr. Muck wishes to attend.
