Saying he feels so unwell that he may not leave his room before his departure the following Wednesday, sending [not present] the parts to the promised concerto, asking for 20 Carolin in payment, saying he will send the score as soon as he arrives in Frankfurt, noting that the parts have not been corrected and must be checked against the score, asking that the score be returned to him or Herr Streicher, adding that the concerto will be dedicated to Philipp Passavant in Frankfurt and that its opus no. will be 76, etc.
