Autograph letter signed, dated : [Berlin], 8 July 1858, to Baron [Karl] von Ledebur, 1858 July 8.

Returning a list [not present], saying that it seems to be thoroughly complete, adding that only two names are missing among the musicians who lived in Berlin at the beginning of the century: Urban, a very good violinist who lived there at the time of [Ludwig] Maurer, his rival, and later moved to Prague, where he died; and Malo, who already concertized as a pianist when very young, and later moved to Paris, where he died.
