Saying that matters are going badly, that there is money for everything except music, that the "Signori Canonici" do not wish anything to distinguish the next Solennità€ dell'Assunta, telling him that Santa Eufemia has gotten Maestro Ranieri for a few pennies, that nothing is left but to console themselves in turn on the injustice and avarice of men, sending greetings from his family, etc.
